Restore and Unwind

In this class we will focus on gentle, restorative postures. Props (chairs, bolsters, blocks and blankets) will be used to help gently stretch the body. The use of breath work will help release stress and quiet the mind. This class will provide an opportunity to stretch and strengthen the body while focusing the mind on the task at hand. While geared towards students new to yoga, this class is open to anyone wishing to feel restored and relaxed. Modifications to the postures will be offered to suit students’ needs.
