2026 Spring/Summer Schedule
To register, please email me and let me know which session you wish to sign up for. Spring registrations are first-come, first-serve. I’m offering summer classes on Mondays in July, on a drop-in basis only.
Payment can be made via e-transfer to yoga@theyogafactory.ca, by cheque, or in cash.
Class Times for April, May, and June
Mondays
9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. – Beginner/Intermediate Yoga
Tuesdays
5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. – Intermediate Yoga
Thursdays
10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. – Gentle Yoga

Spring Session 1 (April)
Mondays: Mar. 30, Apr. 13, 20, 27 (4 weeks $61.02)
Tuesdays: Mar. 31, Apr. 7, 14, 21, 28 (5 weeks $76.28)
Thursdays: Apr. 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 (5 weeks – $76.28)
Spring Session 2 (May)
Mondays: May 4, 11, 25 (3 weeks $45.77)
